How HELP Receives and Spends Funds
Helambu Education Livelihood Partnership (HELP) is powered by people who deeply believe in our mission. Our work continues passionately because of the trust and support we receive from individuals and partners who share our vision.
HELP does not receive direct grants from the national government or large international organizations. Instead, we develop grant proposals through Mondo Foundation to support Saathi Teachers Programme and work with our other international partners to support our major programmes.
All HELP programmes are home-grown, developed from deep community needs and years of local experience and knowledge.
To raise funds, HELP collaborates with national and international partners on specific programmes. Currently, we are:
Improving the quality of primary education through the Saathi Teachers Programme.
Supporting students to pursue higher education through the Scholarship Programme.
Providing direct resources to students via the SchoolinaBag Programme.
Supporting farmers through greenhouse-building initiatives.
All our budgets are reviewed and approved at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and audited annually by an independent auditor.Audit report for the last three fiscal years is presented below, if you wish to read more please contact us.
