The educational recovery for flood affected begins at HELP: Schoolinabag programme

In response to the recent disaster, we launched our flood relief initiative aiming to distribute 3,000 school bags in partnership with School in a Bag (UK).

On 17th October, our very first distribution reached the displaced students of Shree Hakubesi Basic School (from Ward No. 1, Haku Village, Aamachhodingmo Ward, Rasuwa District), who are currently taking shelter at the Gokarneshwor Holding Centre on BP Marg in Kathmandu. During this visit, we provided 37 students with brand-new school bags packed with learning resources, along with warm tracksuits.

We hope to restore education for these children through these initiatives.
