HELP Awards Its First Undergraduate Scholarship to Sabina Dhital

HELP Awards Its First Undergraduate Scholarship to Sabina Dhital

HELP is delighted to announce the award of its first-ever undergraduate scholarship to Ms. Sabina Dhital, who will pursue a degree in Civil Engineering.

The scholarship, valued at Rs. 550,000, will cover nearly two-thirds of Sabina’s course fees, alongside the college support she has already secured. This marks an important milestone in HELP’s Scholarship Programme as it expands its support beyond secondary education and creates new opportunities for its scholars to pursue higher education.

Sabina’s journey to this opportunity reflects both determination and perseverance. Due to financial constraints, she had enrolled in a different course six months ago. After learning about HELP’s undergraduate scholarship opportunity, she applied, successfully completed the selection process, and met all the eligibility requirements.

With renewed opportunity and determination, Sabina worked hard to secure admission to the Civil Engineering programme, and she is now preparing to begin her undergraduate studies.

Her achievement represents the kind of educational journey HELP hopes to support—ensuring that financial circumstances do not prevent talented and committed students from pursuing their aspirations.

The undergraduate scholarship programme is currently available to students who have previously received the HELP SEE Scholarship. Following this first award, HELP will announce the second round of undergraduate scholarships in the coming week.

HELP is deeply grateful to its partners at Interhands for making this opportunity possible and for supporting the continued expansion of educational opportunities for young people in Nepal.

We congratulate Sabina on this important achievement and wish her every success as she begins her journey in Civil Engineering.

Congratulations, Sabina, and welcome to the next chapter of your educational journey!
