HELP Scholarship 2026 (Academic Year 2083)

Congratulations on participating in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE), and thank you for your interest in applying for this scholarship support. / सर्वप्रथम माध्यमिक शिक्षा परीक्षामा सहभागी हुन भएकोमा सफलताको शुभकामना साथै यस हेल्प छात्रवृत्ति सहयोगका लागि आवेदन दिन इच्छा व्यक्त गर्नु भएकोमा धेरै धन्यवाद! साथै यस छात्रवृत्ति फारम भर्नु पूर्व कृ पया निम्नलिखित आधारहरु ध्यानपूर्वक अध्ययन गरी भर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।

Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Application / आवेदनको न्यूनतम योग्यता

  • The applicant must be a Nepali citizen. / आवेदक नेपाली नागरिक हुनुपर्नेछ।
  • Applicants must have completed the SEE from a government, community, or low-fee institutional school. / आवेदकले एसईई (SEE) सरकारी, सामुदायिक वा न्यून शुल्क लाग्ने संस्थागत विद्यालयबाट उत्तीर्ण गरेको हुनुपर्दछ।
  • The applicant must participate in the selection process based on academic and other criteria. / आवेदकले शैक्षिक तथा अन्य योग्यताका आधारमा छनोट प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुनुपर्नेछ।
  • The applicant must have good academic performance and discipline. / आवेदकको शैक्षिक प्रदर्शन तथा अनुशासन राम्रो हुनुपर्नेछ।
  • Minimum grade requirement: B+ for science subjects and C+ for non-science subjects or above. / विज्ञान विषयका लागि B+ र गैर–विज्ञान विषयका लागि C+ वा सोभन्दा माथि ग्रेड प्राप्त गरेको हुनुपर्नेछ।
  • The applicant should have shown leadership skills and participation in extracurricular activities. / आवेदकले नेतृत्व क्षमता तथा अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलापमा सहभागिता देखाएको हुनुपर्नेछ।
  • Incomplete applications will not be accepted. / आवेदन अपूर्ण भएमा स्वीकार गरिने छैन।

Important Instructions

Please read carefully before filling out the form:

  • The applicant must attach the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) pre- board grade sheet, a recommendation letter written by a teacher or the principal, answers to the essay questions mentioned below, photo of SEE entrance card and one passport-size photograph along with this application. Incomplete application forms will not be considered under any circumstances. / आवेदकले एस. ई.ई. प्रि-बोर्ड परीक्षाको ग्रेड सीट, एक जना शिक्षक वा प्रधानाध्यापकले लेखेको सिफारिस, तल उल्लेख भएका प्रश्नहरुको उत्तर, एस.ई.ई. प्रवेश पत्रको फोटो तथा एक प्रतिफोटो यस आवेदन सहित संलग्न गरेको हुनुपर्नेछ । अपुर्ण फारमलाई कुनै पनि हालतमा प्रकृयामा समावेश गराइने छैन ।


  • Applicants must have secured at least a B+ in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) to study in the Science stream, and at least a C+ to study in non-science streams. /आवेदकले माध्यमिक शिक्षा परीक्षा (SEE) मा विज्ञान संकाय अध्ययन गर्नका लागि कम्तिमा B+ र गैर-विज्ञान (विज्ञान बाहेकका अन्य विषय) संकाय अध्ययन गर्नका लागि कम्तीमा C+ प्राप्त गरेको हुनुपर्दछ ।

  • The form can be filled in Nepali or English, but you must use only one language throughout. / फारम नेपाली वा अंग्रेजी भाषामा भर्न मिल्नेछ । फारमभरि एउटै भाषा प्रयोग भएको हुनुपर्नेछ।

  • If any activity that disrupts the selection process is found, the applicant will be disqualified. / छनौट प्रक्रियालाई बाधा पुग्ने किसिमको कुनै पनि कार्य गरेको पाइएमा छनौट प्रक्रियाबाट स्वत अयोग्य ठहर गरिनेछ ।

  • Every scholarship recipient must contribute as a volunteer in education or social work in their community after completing their 2-year study. / छात्रवृत्ति सहयोग प्राप्त गर्ने हरेक आवेदकले आफनो २ वर्षे अध्ययन पूरा भइसके पछि आफूले सिकेका कुरा लिएर आफ्नो गाउँमा शिक्षा वा सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा स्वयंसेवकका रुपमा कुनै किसिमको योगदान पुयाउनु पर्ने छ ।

Before filling out the form, please prepare all required documents and essays in advance. At the final step of the application, you will be asked to upload these files. Make sure all uploads are clearly scanned or photographed and easy to read. / फारम भर्नु अगाडी निम्न कागजात र निबन्ध तयारी अवस्थामा राख्नुहोला । यस फारमको अन्तिम सेक्सनमा आफ्नो कागजातहरु अपलोड गर्नु पर्नेछ। कृपया अपलोड गर्दा लेखिएको बुजिने गरि इस्क्यान वा फोटो खिचेर अपलोड गर्नुहोला ।

Essays must be on A4 paper — neatly handwritten and photographed, or typed and uploaded. / निवन्धहरु A4 paper मा स्पष्ट बुज्नेगरि लेखिएर फोटो खिचिएको वा टाइप गरिएको हुनु पर्नेछ

Avoid blurry photos. Make sure text is readable.

Essays

Essay 1

What do you want to study and why? (Maximum 150 words) / निबन्ध १ : तपाईं के पढ्न चाहनु हुन्छ र किन? १५० शब्द नबढाइ लेख्नुहोस् |

Essay 2

Essay 2: Describe a moment or activity in your lifetime that you feel very proud of. (Write in not less than 150 words.) तपाईंले आफ्नो जीवनकालमा गरेको कुनै काम वा क्षणको उल्लेख गर्नुहोस्, जुन काम वा क्षणप्रति तपाईंलाई धेरै गर्व लाग्छ। (कम्तीमा १५० शब्दमा वर्णन गर्नुहोस्।)

Essay 3

Essay 3: Write your biography/life story explaining why you believe you are suitable for this scholarship in not less than 150 words (Upload as PDF/JPG/PNG). निवन्ध ३: तपाईँ आफुलाई किन यस छात्रवृत्तिको लागि उपयुक्त ठान्नुहुन्छ भन्ने कुरा पुष्टि हुने गरी आफ्नो जीवनी १५० शब्द नघटाई लेख्नुहोस् (PDF/JPG/PNG मा अपलोड गर्नुहोस्)।

Documents

  • Recommendation Letter from School: A recommendation letter must be provided by the school principal or a teacher who is not related to the applicant, and it must be issued on the school’s official letterhead. विद्यालयबाट सिफारिस पत्र: सिफारिस पत्र विद्यालय प्रधानाध्यापक वा आवेदकसँग नाता नपर्ने शिक्षकबाट अनिवार्य रूपमा प्रदान गरिनुपर्छ र उक्त पत्र विद्यालयको आधिकारिक लेटरहेडमा जारी गरिएको हुनुपर्छ।

  • SEE pre-board grade sheet (if final result not published) / माध्यमिक शिक्षा तयारी परीक्षाको लब्धाङ्क पत्रको प्रतिलिपि (नतिजा प्रकाशन भई नसके को खण्डमा)(SEE Preboard को GRADESHEET)

  • Recent passport-size photo (clear face photo) / एक प्रति अनुहार राम्रो सङ्ग देखिएको फोटो

  • SEE exam admit card (entrance pass) / SEE परिक्षाको प्रवेश पत्रको फोटो
