The applicant must attach the grade sheet of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) (minimum B+ for science subjects and C+ for non-science subjects), a recommendation letter written by a teacher or the principal, answers to the questions mentioned below, and one passport-size photograph along with this application. Incomplete application forms will not be considered under any circumstances. / आवेदकले माध्यमिक शिक्षा परीक्षा परीक्षाको ग्रेड सीट (विज्ञान विषयको लागी B+ र गैर-विज्ञान विषय (विज्ञान विषय बाहेकका अन्य विषयहरु) अध्ययन गर्नको लागि C+ आएको), एक जना शिक्षक वा प्रधानाध्यापकले लेखेको सिफारिस, तल उल्लेख भएका प्रश्नहरुको उत्तर तथा एक प्रतिफोटो यस आवेदन सहित संलग्न गरे को हुनुपर्नेछ । अपुर्ण फारमलाई कु नै पनि हालतमा प्रकृ यामा समावेश गराइने छै न ।
Interview is mandatory. Shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview. Date and time will be informed via phone. / आवेदक अन्तर्वार्तामा अनिवार्य रुपमा उपस्थित हुनुपर्नेछ । छोटो सूचीमा परे का आवेदकहरुलाई मात्र अन्तर्वातामा बोलाइनेछ । अन्तर्वार्ताको मिति र समय पछि फोन मार्फ त जानकारी गराइनेछ ।
The form can be filled in Nepali or English, but you must use only one language throughout. / फारम नेपाली वा अंग्रेजी भाषामा भर्न मिल्नेछ । फारमभरि एउटै भाषा प्रयोग भएको हुनुपर्नेछ।
If any activity that disrupts the selection process is found, the applicant will be disqualified. / छनौट प्रक्रियालाई बाधा पुग्ने किसिमको कु नै पनि कार्य गरे को पाइएमा छनौट प्रक्रियाबाट स्वत अयोग्य ठहर गरिनेछ ।
Every scholarship recipient must contribute as a volunteer in education or social work in their community after completing their 2-year study. / छात्रवृत्ति सहयोग प्राप्त गर्ने हरे क आवेदकले आफनो २ वर्षे अध्ययन पूरा भइसके पछि आफू ले सिके का कु रा लिएर आफ्नो गाउँमा शिक्षा वा सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा स्वयंसेवकका रुपमा कु नै किसिमको योगदान पुयाउनु पर्ने छ ।

Essay 1

Describe the moment or activity in your lifetime that you feel proud about. / निवन्ध २ : तपाईले आफ्नो जिवनकालमा गरे को कु नै काम वा क्षणको उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् जुन काम वा क्षणको तपाईं धेरै गर्व गर्नु हुन्छ ।
Essay 3
Write your biography/ life story justifying why you think you are suitable for this scholarship not less than in 150 words. / निवन्ध ३ : तपाई आफलाई किन यस छात्रवृत्ति को लागि उपयुक्त ठान्नु हुन्छ? पुष्टि हुने गरी आफनो जिवनी १५० शब्द नघटाई , लेख्नु होस् |
